Bowl Swap

Need a different mount on a SAVY stand? We ship the new bowl first and pay all shipping. Return the original bowl within 30 days.

  • 75mm or 100mm: no charge
  • U4 Universal or PTZM: +$30
  • Dual PTZ: +$50
  • Mitchell: +$225

Needs the stand serial number and your PO. If the original bowl is not returned within 30 days, the full stand price is billed. Original SAVY bowls only.

Pole Size Exchange

Stand the wrong height? We build a replacement pole in the height you need at a reduced price, far less than a new stand.

  1. Send the form with the current and requested height
  2. We quote it, you send a PO
  3. We build and ship the new pole
  4. Return the original pole or stand

Customer pays shipping both ways. Proof of ownership needed: your original PO, serial number or SAVY order number.

Returns (RMA)

Stands, speaker mounts and mic holders can be returned within 1 year of delivery, in like-new condition with all hardware.

  • 30% restocking fee
  • Return within 30 days of RMA approval, RMA number on the box
  • Customer pays all shipping

Not returnable: platforms, bowls (use Bowl Swap), customized/logo/engraved items, used or modified items. All SAVY products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
