Placing Orders
Orders to be placed via email or online only. Email to info@savyus.com.
Terms of Sale
NET 30 days from invoice date with PRE-APPROVED PO. A 1.5%/month late fee is applied to invoices over 30 days. Minimum purchase for PO billing is $35.
Returns
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to returns. All returns subject to SAVY approval. Most SAVY products are custom built. Restocking fees may be charged if an ordered item is canceled and substantial construction has occurred. Contact SAVY to initiate a return procedure. See Dealer Programs for the full RMA process.
SAVY Rush Manufacturing Program
SAVY offers rush manufacturing for customers who need their stands to ship in fewer than 14 business days. The cost of the rush is determined by how much the production timeline must be accelerated based on the customer’s required ship date.
If the customer’s required timeline is 14 business days or longer, no rush charges apply. Because project timelines vary, rush fees are quoted individually. Customers should contact SAVY with their required ship date and order details so we can review production availability and provide an accurate rush cost.
Cancelation of Orders
Orders of SAVY custom products that are canceled before the product ships will incur a 10% cancelation fee. Orders already shipped are considered completed. Product can be returned but is subject to a restocking fee as indicated above.
Warranty
A Lifetime Warranty applies to all SAVY manufactured materials. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage or damage caused by an accident, flooding, fire, earthquake, or other external causes. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse or misuse of the product.

Due to volatile commodity and shipping cost, all prices are subject to increases.
